For those who qualify, after the introductory period ends this card has a very low fixed interest rate, making it an excellent card for anyone who might plan on carrying a balance from time to time. Keep in mind that the interest rate that you receive will depend upon your individual credit history, and so will be either 9.99%, or 15.99%. Either way, this credit card offers an incredible reward program for very reasonable rates, giving you all the options you want and not asking much in return.
