A good cash rebate program can make you feel better about the spending that you do, because you know that some of the money that goes out will always find its way back to you. The Chase Freedom(SM) Cash Visa Signature® Card, issued by Chase, gives you all of the benefits of a normal Visa credit card and lets you earn cash back at the same time. This credit card offers you flexibility in how you use the points that you earn, so you can get the most out of your reward program.

When you use your Chase Freedom(SM) Cash Visa Signature® Card, you will earn a 3% rebate on all of the purchases that you make within the 3 bonus categories in which you spent the most money over the course of that billing cycle. This calculation allows you to earn points where you spend the most, no matter how much your spending habits change over the course of the year. There are fifteen bonus categories overall, that cover a wide variety of spending areas so you can earn points on all of the purchases that you make.

These categories include gas stations, grocery stores, quick service restaurants, telecommunications, video rentals, department stores, cable/satellite and TV/internet service providers, dry cleaners, drugstores, local and suburban commuter passenger transportation, movie theaters, veterinary services and pet supply stores, beauty shops, utilities, and gym or recreation memberships. No matter what you're spending the most of your money on, you'll see great returns on that spending. You will also earn a 1% rebate on all of your other purchases.

Cardholders can receive a check for $50 once that amount in rewards has been earned, or for $250 once $200 in rewards have been earned, to give you a bonus of $50. You will also receive a $50 bonus rebate after making your very first purchase, balance transfer or check transaction on your account. This card also gives you the ability to switch your rewards program at any time, if you would like to earn reward points instead of cash back.

This card has no annual fee, but its APR is slightly above the average for a reward card, making it less than ideal if you plan on carrying a balance. In addition to your other benefits, you will also receive travel accident insurance, auto rental insurance, and travel and emergency assistance services. This card takes care of you, in every way.
