The Discover® Business Miles Card, issued by Discover, is designed for those with a solid credit history and high credit score, and who are looking to take advantage of their travel reward program for great savings and discounts on travel.
The rewards program allows cardholders to accumulate double miles on up to $5,000 in purchases on gas or travel. Other purchases earn up to one mile for every dollar spent. The miles can be redeemed for airfare, or reduced airfare on airlines, and there are no blackout dates. Travel has no restrictions - Book travel through any airline, travel agent or online travel site. Travel credits can start being redeemed at just 5,000 miles.
For a change of pace, miles can also be redeemed for gift cards at 60 brand-name affiliates. Gift cards can be purchased starting at just 1,000 miles earned. And, just to get you started off on the right foot (or wing), cardholders will be eligible to earn 12,000 bonus miles simply by applying for the card. The travel reward program has few restrictions. There are no limitations on the amount of points that can be earned, and these points never expire.
The Discover® Business Miles Card has no annual fee and an enviable introductory rate of 0% on purchases for a full year. The card starts with an average standard APR rate for those applicants who qualify.
Looking beyond the reward program, the card also has many other features that are attractive to business owners. There are various fraud and security protection services as well as access to PurchaseChecks. PurchaseChecks earn miles, are fee free, and have the same late payment grace period as your card purchases. Cardholders will also get MVP-like treatment at participating retailers, entitling them to special discounts.
