This card allows you to earn points from the areas where you really spend money. You will earn two points for every single dollar that you spend at participating veterinary clinics, pet food retailers, and farm and feed stores, as well as certain neighborhood pet specialty stores. But you don't have to be spending money on your pets in order to be earning points for them. You will also earn one for point every single dollar that you spend on all of your other purchases, whatever you're buying and wherever you're buying it.
Immediately after making your first purchase, you will automatically earn an additional 500 bonus points, just to get you started, and rewards begin at only 750 points&so your initial bonus gets you two-thirds of the way to your first rewards. You can redeem your points for veterinary services or pet food discount certificates, or you can choose to transfer them directly into donations to animal shelter, to give a little something back.
This card comes with absolutely no annual fee, and offers a low introductory rate of 0% on purchases, balance transfers and cash advance checks for your first six billing cycles. After this introductory period expires, the interest rate for purchases and balance transfers remains reasonably low.
In addition to these great rates and rewards, as a cardholder you will also receive various benefits and services. This card provides you with auto rental insurance, different forms of travel and emergency assistance services, purchase replacement, and zero liability on any unauthorized purchases made on your card. As an added bonus, this card gives you the option of customizing your credit card design. You can choose from several offered card designs, or choose to have your favorite picture of your pets on your card, for a truly personal touch. This card offers all the benefits a pet lover could want.
